Adequate Sleep: In order to lead a balanced lifestyle, you should take at least 8 hours of sleep. Sleep rejuvenates our body and mind and prepares our body for the next day. Avoid Stress: Do not let your work responsibilities take a toll on your health. Do your work efficiently at work place, but when you reach home, forget about work. If you keep letting your professional life meddling with your personal life, you will soon look stressed out and ruin your health.

Manage Weight: People who are overweight need to keep a check on their diet to ward off health problems. It has been proved that obese people are more prone to health troubles.
